1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using, and disclosing information, including personal data of users of the website of the platform www.geodata.online (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). Information regarding personal data is obtained by "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC, which owns the Website, from the users of this Website.1.2. The Website respects the confidential information of any person visiting our Website. In this regard, the Website has developed this Policy, the purpose of which is to inform the User about the procedure for collecting, storing, and processing personal data and information provided by Users in the course of using this Website.1.3. By using any part of the Website, the User automatically agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy. The User has no right to use the Website if they do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or if they have not reached the statutory age entitling them to enter into such agreements. In this case, the User is prohibited from using the Website, any information posted on the Website, or any services provided through the Website, and the User is obliged to leave the Website.1.4. The Website is not responsible for the procedure of obtaining, storing, processing, using, and disclosing the User's Personal Data by third-party enterprises and organizations that are not owned or managed by the Website, as well as by individuals who are not employees of the Website, even if the User accessed the sites, goods, or services of these persons via the Website.1.5. The User acknowledges that in the event of the User's negligence regarding the security and protection of their personal data and authorization data, third parties may obtain unauthorized access to the user's account and personal or other data. The Website shall not be held liable for losses caused by such access.

2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED VIA THE WEBSITE

‍2.1. The Website collects information relating to specific individuals solely for the purpose of processing and use, and only if the User has voluntarily consented to its use.2.2. Personal data of a User who is an individual constitutes information that makes it possible to identify such User and/or can be used to contact the User. Such information includes a contact phone number, the User's email address, and a password generated by the User, which are specified by the User independently on the Website page. This information about the User-individual may be stored in our contact or administrative databases in connection with past or current cooperation with the User or because, in our opinion, the User may be interested in receiving materials about our activities and services from the Website.2.2.1. Information collected via the Website regarding a User that is a legal entity includes information provided by such User (their representative/authorized person) when creating a User profile, namely: contact phone number; full name (surname, first name, patronymic) of the contact person; User's name; location address; bank account details (IBAN); identification code of the legal entity; individual taxpayer identification number of the value-added tax payer; email address of the structural unit/person responsible for accounting; email address used for the electronic document management system "Vchasno".2.3. Other information that may be collected automatically when the User visits the Website:

• Addresses of third-party websites from which the User navigated to the Website;
• Internet Protocol (IP) address of the User;
• Addresses of websites that the User visited concurrently with the Website;
• Technical information about the User's browser and computers;
• Information about resource operation errors initiated by the User;
• Data regarding the software version of the User's browser;
• Data regarding the operating system of the computer from which the User visited the Website;
• Data regarding search parameters that led the User to the Website.

2.4. The Website also stores a cookie file on the User's computer as an auxiliary tool for Website functionality. When the User visits the Website, the Website automatically tracks information about the visit using standard e-commerce tools, including internet tracking software, server logs, and first-party cookies. Cookies are text files that the Website places on the hard drive. 3. METHOD AND PURPOSE OF USING PERSONAL DATA

The purpose of obtaining, storing, processing, and using the User's Personal Data is to protect both the interests of the User and the interests of "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC, as well as to provide services to the User, including displaying personalized or general information, and improving the quality of service during the sale of goods and provision of services via the Website.3.3. "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC generally uses personal information collected through our site to:

• provide information and services requested by Users;
• maintain security and prevent fraud;
• provide quality customer service;
• personalize the use of the Website;
• display personalized advertisements when visiting the Website;
• provide Users with special offers and other information that we believe may be of interest to Users (but only with their permission);

4. CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE DATABASE

‍4.1. Transfer of Personal Data to third parties is permitted in the following cases:

• after obtaining the consent of the User to whom this information relates;
• when it is necessary to transfer Personal Data to fulfill an order or request of the User;
• upon reasonable requests of state authorities entitled to receive such data;
• in the event that, in the opinion of "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC, the User violates the terms of this Agreement and/or other contracts and agreements between "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC and the User.4.2. The User permits "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC to allow other companies, with which "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC has concluded relevant agreements, to receive, store, and process data about the User (except for Personal Data), such as the User's IP address, cookie files, as well as statistical information about the User's activity to improve the quality of services and promotional information provided by these companies.4.3. Disclosure of personal data is also carried out when the User orders services on the Site, but only to the extent necessary to identify the User and their order.  

5. PERSONAL DATA OF MINOR CHILDREN

‍5.1. "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC does not wish to collect information about visitors under the age of 14. If necessary, we may explicitly draw a child's attention to the fact that they are not obliged to send any personal information to our address. If parents or other legal representatives of a child discover that the child has provided certain information to the Website and deem that these data should be destroyed, the parents or other legal representatives must contact us via the email address. In this case, we will immediately delete the corresponding personal information.

6. PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING/DELETING INFORMATION

‍6.1. The User has the right at any time not to provide personal information to the Website or to choose to block the acceptance of cookies. The User can also opt out of receiving promotional emails, or request "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC not to share personal information collected on the Website with non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. The User can make such a request by sending an email.6.2. The functioning of certain features of the Website, which require the presence of information about the User, may be terminated from the moment the information is changed/deleted.6.3. The User's personal data are stored until they are deleted by the User.6.4. A letter (information) sent to the email address specified by the User shall constitute sufficient notification of the User regarding the deletion or other processing of personal data.

Upon written request and presentation of a document establishing their identity, the User may be provided with information on the procedure for obtaining information regarding the location of the database.

8. INFORMATION PROTECTION

‍8.1. "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC takes all reasonable precautions to protect data confidentiality. Only those employees of "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC who need to perform work functions requiring access to users' personal information have access to user information.8.2. "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC utilizes a comprehensive data security program that includes commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technological security measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized access, use, unauthorized or accidental destruction, modification, or disclosure. Although "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC takes commercially reasonable precautions to ensure a level of security, the User agrees that the confidentiality of data transmitted over the Internet is not guaranteed, and in the event that access to these data is obtained by third parties outside the zone of technical communication means controlled by "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC, "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC shall not be held liable for damages caused by such access.

9. PROCEDURE FOR AMENDING THE PRIVACY POLICY

‍9.1. "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC may amend the terms of the privacy policy. In such a case, "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC will replace the version of the document on the "Privacy Policy" page. Please review these terms periodically to be informed about how "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC on the Website protects User information.9.2. "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC is not liable for damage or losses incurred by the User or third parties as a result of a mistaken understanding or misunderstanding of the terms of this Privacy Policy, instructions, or directions regarding the procedure for using the Website, the placement of data, and other technical issues.

10. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

In the event that any provision of the Privacy Policy, including any sentence, clause, or part thereof, is found to be contrary to law or invalid, this shall not affect the other provisions that are not contrary to law; they shall remain in full force and effect, and any invalid provision or provision that cannot be enforced shall, without further action by the Parties, be deemed amended and corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability.10.2. This Privacy Policy applies to the User from the moment when, during the use of the Website, they agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy upon transferring their Personal Data, and remains effective for as long as any information about the User, including personal data, is stored on the Website.10.3. The legislation of Ukraine shall apply to the relations between "DATA SOLUTIONS" LLC and the User. Each party fully agrees that the relevant courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims and disputes relating to the Agreement.10.4. We use Google Sheets Apps Script.
