Service: Geodata.online – Tools for Google Sheets

1. General Provisions
These Terms govern the use of the Geodata.online – Tools for Google Sheets service (hereinafter — the “Service”).
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
2. Service Description
The Service enables integration of Google Sheets with the Geodata.online API for:
- address processing
- geocoding
- city detection by IP address
- full name processing
3. Access Requirements
To use the Service, you must:
- have a Google account
- have a Geodata.online account
- grant the required Google Sheets access permissions
4. Authorization
The user independently:
- enters their email and password
- obtains an access token
The user is responsible for:
- safeguarding their credentials
- all actions performed through their account
5. Compliance with Applicable Law
The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, including but not limited to:
- personal data protection legislation (including GDPR and similar regulations)
- export control laws
- sanctions restrictions
6. Acceptable Use Policy
The user is prohibited from:
- using the Service for any unlawful activity
- committing fraud or deceiving other persons
- distributing spam or unsolicited messages
- engaging in harassment or other forms of abuse
- uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
- conducting phishing or attempting to obtain confidential data from other persons
- infringing the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights
- using the Service in a manner that may overload or disrupt its operation
7. Pricing
- API usage is subject to charges
- Pricing is determined by the Geodata.online service
- The user is solely responsible for monitoring their usage volume and associated costs
8. Functional Limitations
The Service:
- operates in batch processing mode
- is subject to Google Apps Script limitations
- may have technical limitations or delays
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, including warranties of:
- uninterrupted operation
- accuracy of results
- fitness for a particular purpose of the user
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service shall not be liable for:
- any direct or indirect damages
- data loss
- decisions made based on API output
11. Suspension or Termination of Access
The Service reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- suspend or restrict a user’s access
- fully terminate access to the Service
in the event of:
- violation of these Terms
- suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity
- abuse of Service functionality
12. Third Parties
The Service uses third-party services:
- Google (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script)
- Geodata.online API
The Service is not responsible for their operation, availability, or policies.
13. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The updated version takes effect from the moment of publication.
